Q. Do you accept returns?

A. Yes, returns are accepted within 2 weeks of receipt but only if the box is unopened. Please email us for a Return Authorization Number. We will provide you with shipping instructions. Upon receipt of your item we will credit your card for the full price of the product.

Q. I've changed my mind and want a different product

A. Please email us for a Return Authorization Number. We will provide you with shipping instructions. Upon receipt of your item we will replace your item. Replacement items are subject to a $7.50 restocking fee. Shipping is also payable on replacement items if the item is under $75.

Q. How do I pay for overnight shipping

A. Overnight shipping rates vary depending on item quantity and product size. Please call Customer Service at (310) 821-3833 for an overnight rate.

Q. How is standard shipping calculated?

A. USA ONLY - We use USPS for all standard shipping. The shipping rate is $5.75 nationwide on all orders below $75. USPS usually takes 2 to 5 days.

A. INTERNATIONAL - We use USPS for all international shipping. The shipping rate depends on your country and is applicable to all orders, irrespective of the order value. To find the rate, choose your country by clicking the
Ship outside U.S.? link next to the zipcode field. USPS usually takes 6 to 10 days but can take longer.

Q. How can I be sure it really is SunScreenWear.com corresponding with me?

A. Emails regarding order confirmation, package tracking, product alerts, newsletters or other messages will originate from the domain "sunscreenwear.com". To ensure you receive our correspondence, please add "sunscreenwear.com" to you list of approved senders.

Q. What are your customer service hours?

A. Customer Service is available to help you Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST. If you call after normal business hours, please leave a voicemail including your name, telephone number and a brief message so we may return your call.

Q. What are your check-out options?

A. When you've finished shopping, visit your Shopping Cart to review your order. You will see the total amount of your order, excluding shipping, if any. $5.95 shipping will be added to orders below $75 at final check-out.

You have two checkout options: PayPal or Telephone Checkout. You can use your credit card online or by telephone (call Customer Service at 310 821-3833).

If you choose Telephone Checkout, call our Customer Service at 310 821-3833 to provide your billing and shipping address. You will then be asked to provide your credit card number.

Upon receipt of your order we will send you a confirmation email detailing your order.

Note: ALL online orders with credit card information entered are charged immediately.

Q. How do I order an out-of-stock item?

A. If an item you want is marked out of stock, we are unable to sell it to you. To be advised when the item is back in stock, click the link marked, Click here to be notified when this item is in stock. Fill out the quick form and we will contact you via email or phone once the item is available.

Q. How do I use my coupon code?

A. At the bottom of the page for the item you want to order, you'll see a box to enter your coupon code. Your code shoud be entered in capital letters. Next, choose the size for the item, if any. Now click the 'Add to cart' button. Your shopping cart will display the item's regular price and the amount of discount you received.

Remember, if your order is less than $75 after you've applied your discount coupon you will be charged shipping. Only orders above $75 receive free shipping. Should you require assistance, please email us or telephone Customer Service at 310 821-3833.
